These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of dile products made on dilebaby.shop. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration and slight variations in shade due to your display do not bind us.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect when the order is placed.
4. Order
Your order is confirmed once the cart is validated and these terms accepted. A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by card and the other methods offered at checkout, via a secure payment provider (SSL encryption and 3D Secure). We never have access to your full card details.
6. Shipping

7. Right to return
You have a 30-night trial: if the product isn’t right, it can be returned for a full refund. The procedure is described on the Shipping & returns page.

9. Safe use
dile is a comfort companion to be used under adult supervision, during awake and cuddle time. Do not leave it alone in the crib while the child sleeps.
